Athlete Spotlight: Meet Mila Plavsic

Mila Plavsic‘s devotion to skiing began at an astonishingly young age; she hopped on her skis and relished the excitement of racing with BC’s Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club from the age of five. Mila’s narrative, nevertheless, is about more than solely physical accomplishment; it is also about giving back and developing the next generation of skiers. During the summer, she gives her time and skills to instruct U14 dryland training for Tyee. Her conviction in the transformative power of coaching and mentorship shines through her commitment to guiding young athletes, and instilling confidence and resilience, which lead to great performance.
