Andrea Adorno was born in Turin, Italy, and grew up ski racing in the western Alps. He coached full-time since 1996 from U12 to the World Cup level. Reflecting on his coaching career, he says it “looks very much like a roller coaster, but 25 years of learning lead me to Grouse Tyee in 2021. And I’m still learning.”
Andrea recommended March’s book of the month, The Leader Who Had No Title by Robin S. Sharma.
“This book had a major impact in the way I showed up at work,” he explained. “It inspired me to model the behaviours I wanted to see in my leaders, no matter my role, position, or responsibilities. Anyone can be the driver of change and a role model whether they’re a base-level employee, manager, or CEO. And great leadership will not go unnoticed!”
